I accept self-pay clients at a rate of $175/session for individual therapy and/or stand-alone trauma sensitive yoga sessions (TCTSY). I provide the necessary paperwork for all clients who wish to use out-of-network insurance benefits. Please see below for information about health insurance plans I am in-network with.

While psychotherapy is only available to individuals located in the state of Massachusetts, TCTSY is available virtually for individuals located all over the world at a rate of $175/50-minute session (I am not able to bill insurance for folks who live outside of Massachusetts).
