Janie

Janie is a certified Emotional Support Animal who joins in-person sessions in Sagamore Beach, MA. Janie first came into Kari’s life in 2019. At the time, Janie was about two years old and had just been rescued off the streets of South Carolina and transported to Lighthouse Animal Shelter in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Janie loves going to “work” (she knows it by name and gets so wiggly and excited for her days in the office). She loves each and every client that comes into the office, but she’s an intuitive dog and knows how to give people their space. She loves to be a calm presence and source of love and support in sessions.

When Janie isn’t working, she loves to explore the woods in her backyard, dig holes, go for long walks in the forest or the beach, and snuggle up on the couch.
